The Copa Kyuzo!

Well done to all who came to compete at our first ever Cop Kyuzo!

The Copa was planned as a fun way to compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu without the pressure of competition. We set the gym up as a competition venue for the day and had our members compete against each other for experience. Everyone had a great time and gained great experience!

Some pics are below. Thanks to Alan and Rebecca for manning the barbecue during the day and to all who came along to support and enjoy!

Remember our new beginner class starts next Monday, June 29th at 7pm. If you know of anyone who would like to come down and enjoy training Jiu Jitsu as much as we do, please let them know. This is the link to send them… Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Beginners

We’ve got the summer camp from this Thursday night with head of Zenith, Robert Drysdale! We’re looking foward to 4 days of the best Jiu Jitsu around!

Sam and Reuben started the day in the u7s division. It was Sam’s birthday the day before!

It was a tough match!

The big boys! Sam, Michael, Joshua, Logan, Travis, and Emmet. All the best of friends after trying to squash each other just minutes before!

Preston and Joe lock horns! Preston was home on leave from the army for a few days and came to compete.

Alan, Jess, and Adam with their medals d from the blue belt Nogi division.

There's always time for a burger after competition!
