We’re delighted to welcome on board Troy McPartling as our new Bootcamp instructor! Troy has a wealth of experience from powerlifting to kettlebells and runs enjoyable training sessions that will get you fitter, faster!

For the month of August only, we are offering this class at a drop in rate of just €10 per session, with no monthly commitment required. It’s a great chance to come down and sample the class, so grab it with both hands this Thursday at 8pm!

Later this month, we’ll be unveiling our new Autumn timetable with lots more fitness sessions available to you. So stay tuned!
