Kids BJJ 11am.

Playing guard-ball in teams! Great for developing mat movement, warming up and playing as a team!

The BJJ guys did some strength work at 12.15pm:

Warm up
Pull ups 5×5
Ring push ups 3×10
Leg raises 5×10
Pistols 5×5
Reverse lunges 3×8
Mega grip maker 5×5 lengths
