4 week Beginner BJJ Course this Monday!

We’ve just finished the latest cycle of our popular Beginner’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Programme, and we’re ready to begin again this Monday!

If you have ever thought about getting into the martial arts then this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. We have a limited number of spaces for anyone who would like to start training this coming Monday evening at 7pm.

BJJ for Beginners

Beginner BJJ in Progress

Maybe you have been watching the UFC for a while now and would like to learn the methods that professional fighters use. Maybe you are interested in learning some self defence skills, or just losing some excess weight. Maybe, like a lot of our new starts, you just want to try something new and interesting with some like minded people. No matter what your goal is, we can help.

We’re doing a very special 4 week course between Monday night and mid June. This is a special beginner level course designed to get you started in one of the world’s most dynamic and effective martial arts.

Something that we get asked a lot is what our athletes eat to get in shape, so we’ve decided to offer a 1 hour nutrition talk as a part of this package. In this you will learn the building blocks of nutrition. How to eat for fat loss and lean muscle gain will be covered, as well as some of our nutritional secrets!

Our BJJ Beginner course is pretty popular, in fact, about 80% of our spaces are already filled (we no longer advertise the course for this reason), however we do have 5 spaces remaining for €75. But there are a couple of catches:
1) You must be available to start this Monday evening
2) You must be over the age of 16
3) You must book your space now by emailing members@kyuzogym.com

If this sounds like you, here’s what you will receive.

  • 4 weeks UNLIMITED training in Dublin’s #1 place to start BJJ
  • Access to our MMA and K1 classes
  • High level coaching
  • Free one hour nutrition seminar

Mail members@kyuzogym.com right now to book your space now. There are only 5 slots remaining!
